Is there such a thing as the ‘perfect diet’? We interviewed four Platinum instructors: Will, Victoria, Dearbhla and Damy about their diets, and we couldn’t have expected more diverse replies. Next up it’s Victoria – away from the studio she’s a busy mom of 3, and also self confessed haribo addict, although there is no mention of that here!
