What are the things that you do to make sure you look and feel your best on the run up Christmas?
As run up to Christmas is usually hectic period for everyone I would try and squeeze sneaky workout anywhere possible.
For example run to work or just getting up super early to find more time to do what I love.
Do you follow any particular diet plan?
I don’t follow any special diet plan, I love food. My diet is mostly based on just eating cleaner and cutting out cheese which is my most favourite snack. I am sure we all have good days and cheat days as well.
Little adjustment to diet like eating dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate, switching avocado for bread and increasing vegetable intake always worked for me. I am also addicted on fruit and rich salads.
How do you stay motivated?
It’s mostly my clients and friends that keep me motivated.
I would consider myself as very lucky because I am surrounded by people who love living active and have very positive mind. Setting up goals and routine to follow was always part of my lifestyle.
What advice do you have for someone struggling to get started on a health kick?
I would say to start slowly, see what works better, if it’s early routine or late and eventually stick to that. Set up target and give yourself reasonable amount of time to reach it would be my advice.
What does a typical day in your life look like?
Ok so I would be up usually 5.30am I start my day with big breakfast followed by one or two hours of training, it’s either outdoor run or cycle, swim in a pool or yoga and Pilates😀 Work always comes after training when I feel more energised. Every day is very different for me (clients, classes etc..)
My schedule is usually busy but I would always make sure to sit down for good cup of coffee at around lunch time. Evening is usually dedicated to homework, relaxing and recharging.
