Pilates is the ultimate multi-tasker – strength, flexibility and conditioning training for the best all-in-one workout routine.

In your Level 1 Beginner’s reformer class, you’ll get a feel for the controlled spring-based machines and perform a series of different movements and postures, some with weights, and adjust the series of springs that control the resistance accordingly. 

Prepare to get your body fired-up in a matter of minutes but in a calm, stress-free way as you’re lulled into the reformer machine’s gentle whir, because, we’re all about stress-free workouts for people who already have enough cortisol spikes in their day.

You will need to do a certain amount of Level 1 classes before you and your instructor can decide if you are ready to take the leap into intermediate Level 2 classes.
