REFORMER LEVEL 2
Once your instructor feels you are ready to move on from beginners Level 1 classes, our intermediate classes will step up a gear.
The number of moves that can be performed on the reformer is endless; from plank to pikes and lateral arm raises, to shoulder stands and clam leg lifts.
Level 2 will bring resistance and dynamic movements to challenge your balance while working to target and tone every muscle in the body – even those you didn’t know existed, making it one of the most effective and sweat-inducing low-impact workouts you’ll ever do.
