We bring you the very latest in Health & Wellness with our super charged Reformer Pilates Classes called Cardio Jump-Board™.Athletic Conditioning class by Will

The class has been created by our Co-Founder Will Byrne along with our incredibly diverse team of trainers who each bring their flavour of  High Intensity Interval Training with their passion for music to the Pilates Reformer


The class involves elements of cardiovascular training using the jump-board, the box and the spring resistance. We also incorporate lots of muscular endurance and core conditioning into each workout.


Expect to sweat in this class as we use the principals of HIIT which stands for High Intensity Interval Training.

We wanted to update our Athletic Conditioning Class to focus on pure HIIT training which can be done really well on the Reformer using the Jump Board to bring the cardio element to class. This is a class that incorporates the Reformer but that allows us to challenge clients to take their fitness to the next level. The Reformer is one of the most amazing pieces of equipment ever invented and this class is designed to take your workout on the Reformer, one step further.”

It’s a super way to change up your workout routine especially as we head into the darker winter months and out door workouts become less appealing – or if you’re hoping to drop a few pounds on the run up to Christmas, this class is the perfect compliment to your workout.  We use the Jump-Board for a lot of this class so if you don’t love this piece of equipment, its not the class for you!


There are a few prerequisites to joining this class – You must be a strong Level 2 Reformer clients as we do not recommend this class for Beginners or those with injuries.

We also recommend you enjoy working out with Music as this plays a big part in the flow of the class.

It’s also important to make sure you bring plenty of water & make sure you have grippy socks as we move fast during the class and your feet need support during many of the positions.

This class will take the place of Athletic Conditioning on our schedule – Book in to take your workouts to the next level.
