New year, New Year.
As the sun rises on January 1st, we get full of good intentions. Out go the bad diets and copious nights on the wine, and in comes the Nutri-bullet smoothies and herbal teas. It’s pretty much the same old drill every year. Most of us stick to them, but let’s be honest, it can be far too easy to fall of the wagon when the first pay cheque arrives in your bank or the first 6 Nations match airs.
Fear not, because here we are to help you stick to those”New year, New you” goals.
This year at Platinum Pilates, some of our team members are going on a “Platinum Transformation”. We are going to hit the ground running in January to get ourselves summer ready in 30 days. Well that’s the plan. Join us for 30 days of food blogs, recipes, training and everything you need to keep yourself motivated and focused on your goals.
All this week we will be posting blogs from our “Transformation Team” to show you our goals and what our journey over the next 30 days will look like. We will be letting you in on all the ups and downs of the transformation and revealing our honest approaches to training and the results we get.

The best part of any transformation is doing it with someone. Teamwork helps with keeping you motivated. If you have problems staying on the straight and narrow in January then join us.
