1 mashed banana
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon almond butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch stevia / 1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoons cocao
2 heaped tablespoons coconut oil / vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of pecans/hazelnuts
1 teaspoon of almond butter / homemade Nutella (almond butter and raw cacao) / Nutella
1. Set oven to 190degrees
2. Combine ingredients
3. Grease small ramekin dish
4. Pour in ingredients and bake for 20 minutes
