How would you describe your food personality?
I’m a flexible flexitarian, balance is key!
What is your favourite time of day?
I’m an early bird, catching that worm like it ain’t no thing!
Some say breakfast is the most important meal of the day do you agree and what did you have for breakfast this morning?
I don’t agree! Not a fan of food first thing… I need a coffee and a few hours and then eat around 10am / 11ish.
Sweet or Savoury?
My sweet tooth has a life of its own.
Your absolute favourite food of all time is?
Fillet steak – medium rare with a side of dijon mustard.
If you had a private chef, what types of food would they cook for you if you could have absolutely anything?
Fresh red snapper with amazing salads would be ideal.

How often do you exercise in an average week
At least 3 to 5 times a week.
How do you fuel up for your training, and are you training for something in particular?
No not really…

Describe your average dinner time scenario, the food, the people the chaos?
I rarely eat with my kids… I tend to eat before them when it’s an effort or after them when it’s more peaceful! Good options would be a bowl of turkey chilli, maybe something cooked from the Little Green Spoon Cookbook – she’s my absolute fav!
Do you do meal prep?
Yes, because I don’t have time during the week to cook.
