MEET carolina santos
Carolina studied movement through Dance and due to a series of injuries, she looked for other ways to move and to heal herself. She discovered Pilates to be one of the most effective ways to not only rehab her body but also to improve it.
She believes that connecting mind and body through movement is one of the best ways to learn about what you can achieve. Carolina says “Feeling like you can conquer the world each breath at a time, growing stronger and more empowered is what happens when practising Pilates.”
