If you’re in this movement thing to get to know your body and how it moves then Christine’s classes are for you. Getting strong, owning your movement, building awareness, consciously changing and learning your patterns. This class is not about fat blasting, pushing through pain or body shaming, we’re passed all that. 

The results you will see and feel in your body, will come second to the amazing experience of gaining strength, ownership, body awareness, mindfulness and control.

My style is…. Musculoskeletal focused, hands-on and evidence-based. I love to mix movement on the reformer into therapy; it’s just so complementary.
