MEET DAMY REDMOND

PILATES INSTRUCTOR

After a childhood spent in competitive gymnastics, the natural progression for Damy was a career in fitness. But after years working as a personal trainer and exercise instructor, an overwhelming interest in how movement can heal the body led him to into the Pilates world while retraining as a Physical Therapist. 

My Pilates style is…. fitness-focused with some gymnastics flavour thrown in. Designed to hit every muscle to build strength and stamina. We will sweat; and we’ll laugh while we do.

I love teaching… everyone. I love that every class brings a new bunch of people ready to achieve their movement and fitness goals.
