MEET GILL STACEY
Gill studied and worked in genetics for years but always knew she wanted to work in health and wellness. She was a regular at the Platinum Pilates Stillorgan studio before moving to New Zealand where she discovered she couldn’t find her beloved reformer Pilates classes, she missed it so much, she decided to take the plunge on moving home and change career.
Today, Gill is a keen runner and has recently dipped her toe in the marathon world.
My style is… very relaxed but tough too, I like to challenge clients. I play chilled, relaxing music.
I love teaching… Level 2 classes are the best, I find you get people with lots of different levels of experience and it can be a diverse range of clients and I feel I can push them a little bit more than the level 1 and still focusing on technique.
