Julie’s fitness journey began over 15 years ago when she discovered strength training in a gym. She absolutely loved surprising herself with what her body was capable of. Allowing herself and people to reach their full potential is what she lives by.
My Pilates style is…. A combination of mobility and strength training.
I love teaching…. workouts with challenge, but in a safe environment so every session is rewarding and fun with real results.
