MEET VICTORIA CRANFIELD
Victoria has gained a strong following for her tough but posture-perfect Pilates classes.
She is anatomy-obsessed and teaches how to activate our cores, breathe in the right way, align our shoulder over our hips and over our knees with a respect for the classical Joseph Pilates movements.
When she’s not teaching or listening to her favourite tunes in her car with her three kids, she’s walking her dog or trying out the latest fitness methods.
My Pilates style is… challenging for clients! But I like to be challenged when doing classes.
I love teaching…. Pilates. There is nothing better than someone saying they feel so much better walking out the door than they did walking in.
