Liam qualified with Honours in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin. Over the last number of years he has worked extensively in private practice and with sports teams treating a vast range of injuries. Liam enjoys engaging with his clients and working together towards becoming pain free.
His natural curiosity for all things movement related allows him to think outside of the box and assess injuries from a holistic point of view, empowering clients and making lasting changes to their wellbeing.
Liam experienced life as an elite rugby player with Leinster rugby at U18, U19, U20s levels. He then returned to work with the Leinster U18s schools team.
He continues to work regularly with several rugby clubs and also has experience in dealing with tag rugby players and in Rugby Sevens.
He continues to juggle playing and treating clients and has a wealth of personal experience in overcoming personal injuries. Throughout his years as a physiotherapist Liam has also gathered extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning and continues to use this as a tool to help his clients.
Liam enjoys to take a hands on approach and uses a range of treatments including dry needling, joint mobilisations and myofascial trigger point release.
He tailors all of his sessions to meet the needs and goals of the individual, but his ultimate goal is to help people maintain a pain free lifestyle and to encourage optimal physical and mental wellbeing.
