Milena has made a name for herself as one of the leading experts in functional movement & Pilates.
She is a fully certified Polestar Pilates Practitioner and a Franklin Method Educator.
Having seen first hand, the results that Pilates has had with her clients over the last 17 years, Milena believes that every one should practice Pilates.
Her workouts are personally customised for each and every client to give them the very best results they can hope to achieve.
She works with many of Irelands top athletes including The Leinster Rugby Team in helping to keep them supple & injury free.
As well as her current role as Managing Director of Platinum Pilates, she also heads up the training school & delivers workshops & education for the Platinum Team.
Her areas of speciality are Post Breast Cancer Recovery, Womens Health & Musculoskeletal Disfunction.
Life outside Platinum Pilates is kept busy for Milena with her three beautiful daughters and in her downtime she loves to research and write about health & wellness.
For me this is not just a job, its a lifestyle and what you put into your health is what you will get out of it. I believe that good health starts with a healthy mindset, being authentic and not making excuses."
