Sinead began studying Physiotherapy at the highly esteemed Cardiff University in 2008. She was mentored by excellent clinicians throughout her junior rotations in Wales largest teaching hospital before specialising in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy.

Experience assessing and treating a wide variety of injuries was gained by combining her Senior position within the NHS with part time work in a premier sports injury clinic in Cardiff. Completion of a sports massage diploma provided the opportunity to work with Cardiff City FC before a new challenge awaited in London.

Sinead landed a dream opportunity to work in the Kensington branch of one of London's biggest Physiotherapy companies. She enjoyed teaching Reformer Pilates classes and working closely with runners, from weekend warriors to Ultra marathoners.

She ran a clinic at The Queen's Tennis club and helped out with London Scottish RFC and an Aussie Rules Team.

Home was calling and since moving back to Ireland, Sinead has been kept busy in a local sports clinic and has qualified as a Yoga Teacher whilst teaching anatomy to students.

Currently studying Advanced Physiotherapy at UCD she has relocated to Dublin where she looks forward to joining the team at Platinum. She has the experience to manage acute episodes of pain to the more niggly problems.

Her ethos is 'movement is medicine' through muscle and joint mobilisations to ensuring the correct technique with rehabilitation exercises, getting to the root cause aiming for long term relief.
