Add Kale To Your Soup – Chop up some Kale and add it to your favourite soup like Minestrone or Tomato.

Make Kale Chips -Remove stem and centre ribs from leaves. Tear leaves into potato-chip-size pieces. Toss with olive oil, sprinkle with your favourite herb, like cumin, turmeric, thyme or salt. Bake at 150°C until crisp.

Spinach At Breakfast Green up your morning by adding spinach to your to your favourite morning omelette or scrambled eggs
