Health & Safety Information

At Platinum Pilates we are taking every precaution to provide a safe environment so our clients can focus on their fitness.

Below are some of the measures that have been implemented in our studios.

100% Compliance and Certification

100% Compliance and Certification for all employees through the IACT Return to Work COVID-19 Training programme prior to reopening.

ENHANCED CLEANING PROCEDURES

Hygiene has always been high on the agenda at Platinum, but we’ve stepped things up to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness.  High touch amenities are cleaned throughout the day.  Equipment will be cleaned before each class with medical-grade products.

REDUCED CAPACITY

We are lucky to have large studio spaces at most of our locations, however, where necessary, we have reduced the number of reformers to aid social distancing.  In addition, we have implemented a contact tracing system to comply with HSE guidelines.

OVERSEAS TRAVEL

Any client that has travelled to a location that is not on the Green List, as per Government Guidelines, should not visit the Studio for two weeks following their arrival back to Ireland.

TRANSITION TIMES BETWEEN CLASSES

To reduce contact between clients, we’ve updated our class schedule to increase the time between classes. This helps reduce the number of people in the studio at any one time.  Doors will open for clients 5 minutes before the start of class.

HAND SANITISER STATIONS

All clients are required to sanitise their hands before entering the studio.

CLEAN SOCKS REQUIRED

Clients should arrive ready to move, and clean socks must be worn at all times inside the studio.

SYMPTOMS

Working out is not only counterproductive when sick, it’s also a safety concern right now so if any client is feeling unwell, we kindly ask them to remain at home.

To help protect the well-being of our community, we’ve also instructed our staff to stay home if they are experiencing even the slightest of symptoms.

Guidelines

We are adhering to relevant HSE, World Health Organisation and Government guidelines as well as using good common sense.

We ask our clients to do the same, to ensure we all stay safe and well at this time. The expert advice is that practising effective hand hygiene, coughing/sneezing etiquette and keeping to at least 1 meter from others, are the best preventative measures.

We ask all clients to adhere to this advice at all times when visiting the Studios.
