Timetable | Reformer Natal Classes

Varied and less intense than our other classes, this class is suitable for pre-natal and post-natal women. 

Group Pre-Natal Classes:

These are for women who are carrying a 'healthy pregnancy'. Also suitable for women with contra indications (see below) but who have had a 1:1 first and are no more than 21 weeks into their pregnancy. Please select your class from the timetable below.

1:1 Reformer Appointments:

For women with any contra-indications, eg. IVF pregnancy, Twin/Multiple Pregnancy, plus other special health concerns (e.g Pre Eclampsia, Placenta Previa) we would recommend a 1:1 with one of our instructors before joining group classes. Group classes for any of the above contra-indiated pregnancies would then only be available for women up to 21 weeks pregnant. After that you may book for further 1:1 sessions if you wish.

Post Natal women:

We welcome Post Natal women back into our general reformer classes 6+ weeks after a vaginal birth and 10-12 weeks+ after a c-section. You must have clearance to exercise from your doctor.

We would recommend coming to a Reformer Essentials class initially to see how your body responds before booking back into the Dynamic classes.

Don't forget we also offer the Mummy MOT service with our Women's Health Physio, Mary Kate, based in Honey Park.
