At Platinum Pilates, we offer a welcoming and supportive experience for all newcomers, no matter your fitness level or experience. From beginner-friendly Essentials and Dynamic 1 classes to personalised 1:1 sessions and Clinical appointments, our team will help guide you towards the option best suited to your goals and needs. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve movement, or ease into Pilates with confidence, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Essentials

Here you will learn fundamental exercises that focus on core strength, flexibility and body awareness making it the ideal starting point for those who are new to Reformer Pilates.

Dynamic Level 1

Dynamic Level 1

This is the first level of intensity in our full body, Dynamic classes. Here you will start building your core strength, flexibility, balance and muscular endurance. Prepare to work in this enjoyable and effective class.

1:1 Sessions

1:1 Sessions

Start with or elevate your practice with dedication 1:1 sessions. These sessions are tailored entirely to your body’s specific needs, injuries or goals for accelerated and profound results.

Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates

A private physiotherapist-led session designed to support injury rehabilitation, manage chronic pain, and correct postural imbalances.

Things To Remember

Before Class
How Do I Book? +

You can book your class by registering for your account on this website, or via the Platinum Pilates App.

What Should I Bring? +

We have all the equipment here for you, so the only thing you need to bring is some water and yourself! It is advisable to wear grippy socks, if you don’t have these you can purchase them from your instructor. We don’t have changing rooms in our studios so please come ready to move.

During Class
Phones +

It’s time to switch off! Please ensure your phone is on silent during class, and whilst we love our clients to tag us in their selfies, we kindly ask that you respect other clients by not recording videos.

Reformer +

Ensure the machine is set up correctly for your height – please ask your instructor to help, and show you what setting you need for future classes.

After Class
Hygiene +

We kindly ask that you wipe down your machine after class – spray and tissue is provided for you.
