Our founder Milena Jaksic introduced Group Reformer Pilates to Ireland. As well as having an extensive background in movement science, she is comprehensively certified with Polestar Pilates, Balanced Body, Franklin Method (Level 3 Educator), and Anatomy Trains, as well as holding a degree in Psychology. The standard we hold ourselves to is intentional and it’s what makes working here different.
