Mary-Kate Ryan

Mary-Kate is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin in 2009. She began her career in London, working for five years in rotational roles across acute hospital sites within the National Health Service, gaining broad clinical experience.

Mary-Kate specialises in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and has completed extensive postgraduate training in this area. She is a certified Mommy MOT practitioner and treats conditions including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related musculoskeletal issues, and rectus diastasis. She also incorporates acupuncture, dry needling, Pilates, advanced pelvic floor manual therapy, and manual lymph drainage into her treatment approach.

Mary-Kate is a certified rehabilitation breast cancer exercise specialist and a member of the Pink Ribbon Programme, taking a holistic approach to helping women restore strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

Fiona Byrne

Fiona is a highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapist with over 13 years of international clinical experience. She holds an honours degree in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin and has completed advanced training in DMA Clinical Pilates (Australia). Her background spans acute hospital care, private practice, and Clinical Pilates.

Fiona treats a broad range of musculoskeletal, spinal, and sports-related injuries, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice. She combines hands-on physiotherapy with Clinical Pilates to support effective rehabilitation, particularly for spinal conditions, pregnancy-related pain, postural dysfunction, and return to sport.

She is passionate about helping patients understand their injuries and take an active role in recovery. Through personalised treatment plans integrating manual therapy, movement education, and targeted exercise, Fiona aims to empower patients to achieve lasting strength, confidence, and optimal physical health.

Jennifer Higgins

Jennifer is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor with over eight years of clinical experience. She graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin in 2015 and began her career working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in private practice in Dublin.

Alongside her physiotherapy work, Jennifer teaches Clinical Reformer Pilates, which she uses to complement rehabilitation and support long-term strength, mobility, and injury prevention. She is passionate about helping patients recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall physical wellbeing.

Jennifer has a special interest in shoulder rehabilitation and is a member of the Irish Shoulder and Elbow Rehabilitation Society. With extensive experience treating athletes, post-surgical patients, older adults, and individuals with chronic conditions, she focuses on creating personalised treatment plans tailored to each person’s goals.

Emily is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She has gained broad clinical experience working in hospital settings across Ireland, developing strong skills in the evidence-based assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.

She combines hands-on physiotherapy with Matwork, reformer Pilates, and Clinical Pilates to support rehabilitation, improve movement quality, and reduce injury risk. As a qualified personal trainer, Emily integrates strength and conditioning principles into personalised rehabilitation and exercise programmes designed for long-term results.

Emily takes a holistic, patient-centred approach, considering lifestyle factors alongside physical assessment. Passionate about movement and wellbeing, she aims to help clients build strength, confidence, and resilience so they can move better, feel stronger, and stay active.

Courtney O'Connor

Courtney is a Chartered Physiotherapist who completed a BSc (Hons) in Athletic Therapy and Training at Dublin City University in 2022, followed by an MSc in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University in 2025. She gained valuable experience through hospital, community, and private practice placements, as well as an international sports placement in Virginia, USA, where she worked with multiple athletic teams and qualified as a Mat Pilates Instructor.

Courtney combines hands-on physiotherapy with movement-based rehabilitation, including Pilates, to support recovery, restore function, and build long-term strength. She has experience treating a wide range of patients across paediatric, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and sports injury rehabilitation, delivering personalised programmes tailored to individual goals.

With a particular interest in sports injury and performance rehabilitation, Courtney brings first-hand insight from competing in Irish dancing at World Championship level. She takes a holistic, patient-centred approach, helping clients of all abilities move confidently, improve resilience, and safely return to the activities they enjoy.

Rebecca Coyle

Rebecca Coyle is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a first-class honours degree in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin. She has experience working across leading hospitals, private practice, and hospice care in Ireland, giving her a broad clinical background. Her approach is evidence-based and patient-centred, with a strong focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation using both hands-on treatment and movement-based therapy.

She is a certified Clinical Pilates Matwork Instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute and a Natal Reformer Pilates Instructor, allowing her to integrate Pilates-based exercise into rehabilitation programmes. This complements her physiotherapy practice and supports safe, effective movement retraining across a wide range of conditions.

With a background as a qualified personal trainer, she designs tailored exercise programmes to support recovery, performance, and wellbeing. She is passionate about helping people of all ages stay active, bringing a holistic and empathetic approach shaped in part by her own experience as a runner.
