That's €280 for 28 classes across one month that will change how you feel and how you move. Some weeks might feel challenging, and that's exactly the point. Stay with it, and let consistency do the rest. Push some days, restore on others.
Every level is welcome, and the only rule is to keep showing up and do this for YOU.

The Summer Body Challenge consists of 28 reformer classes across the month of July. One month of showing up for yourself on the reformer. It's built around consistency rather than intensity: by the end of it, you'll feel stronger, calmer, and properly at home in your body.

Yes, you can freeze your current Membership plan and/or class pack to complete the challenge.

It's 28 classes across the month, not one rigidly every day. You have until 31st July to use the class credits. Some weeks you might do more, some less. What matters is that you keep coming back. Push on the days you've got it, and let the gentler classes restore you.

The Summer Body Challenge Pack costs a one-off payment of €280 for 28 class credits.

No. The 28 class credits expire at 23:59 on 31 July 2026. Class credits that you do not use cannot be transferred, refunded or reclaimed.

Yes, The Summer Body Challenge is running across all 5 of our studio locations. You can book into classes at Sandymount, Stillorgan, Clonskeagh, Glenageary and Hatch Street.

Every level is welcome. The first week won't feel natural for anyone as reformer is precise and controlled, and your body takes a moment to answer. Our teachers will meet you wherever you're starting from.
If you are a beginner, start with our Reformer Essentials class.

Reformer is gentle on the joints and highly adaptable, which makes it a good choice when you're easing back in.
That said, if you're working around a current injury we would recommend that you book a consultation with our physio team instead.

Typically grippy socks, water, and comfortable movement clothes.
We kindly ask that you follow our studio guidelines.
A few things to remember:
Please arrive 5 minutes before your class starts.
Our Pilates studios are shoe-free, please leave them in the designated area.
We ask that you wear clean grippy socks during your class.
We have filtered water on tap, please bring your own bottle to refill and stay hydrated.
It’s time to switch off. We ask that you kindly leave your phone on silent, and while you move – let it rest.
We ask that you clean down your Reformer after class.
